FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

December 22, 2014

VANCOUVER, B.C. (December 22, 2014) – 3TL Technologies Corp.  (TSXV: TTM)(the “Company”) announced today that 3 Tier Logic, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a reseller agreement with Las Vegas, Nevada-based SK+G Advertising and that SK+G has delivered Vegas.Ninja.com as the first client in the agreement.

Vegas.Ninja is using 3 Tier Logic’s Platform³ technologies to rapidly generate website awareness and drive significant social media engagement through consumer-to-consumer content marketing, rewards, and data mining.

“Content marketing has become one of the most important and effective tools in the digital marketing tool box,” said SK+G Senior Vice President of Business Development Claud Monro.  “Using Platform3 to secure and incentivize consumers to share content about Vegas Ninja with their friends on their personal social channels will help the site to quickly gain awareness and is expected to accelerate the speed with which they conduct transactions on the site for their Las Vegas travel plans.”

Vegas.Ninja is an online reservation system that specializes in travel to Las Vegas. When consumers register into the Vegas.Ninja rewards program, which is using Platform3 as its foundation, and share content with their friends on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, they will be able to earn exclusive, one-of-a kind rewards and experiences including discounts on hotels, shows, activities and tours, free tickets and passes to shows and event venues, exclusive backstage access to clubs and shows, access to Vegas.Ninja social events and parties, and Travel.Ninja swag.

“The U.S. travel market is worth nearly $1.5 trillion,” said Robert Craig, CEO of 3 Tier Logic.  “It is one of the largest segments of the ecommerce business and it is heavily supported by content marketing.  It’s no secret that people love to share content about their travel experiences with their friends on their social channels and we believe Platform3 can help travel companies benefit significantly from that behavior. Working with Vegas.Ninja and SK+G Advertising will help us demonstrate to the entire U.S. travel market that our consumer-to-consumer content marketing, data mining and rewards platform can help them in nearly all of their online marketing endeavors.”
